The Zoning Board serves to promote orderly growth and development within the City of Collinwood by reviewing zoning matters, land-use requests, and development proposals to ensure they comply with local ordinances and community planning goals. The Board helps protect property values, public safety, and the character of the community by making recommendations on zoning changes, variances, and other land-use issues.
